Our Huckleberry Patch preserves are packed with wild huckleberries.  We start with our hand picked huckleberries and carefully cook them so you end up with whole berries throughout the jar.  Jellies are made from the huckleberry juice so there are no fruit pieces in the jar.  It's your preference....do you like chunky or smooth (berries or no berries)?
